Voir tous les avisI really liked how Leesa took time to explain myofascial release. Snail pose was my favorite part of class. Releasing the shoulder with the assistance of the ball was also amazing. Leesa was a wonderful teacher. Thank you for your guidance throughout class and beautiful music, especially during savasana.

She gave us clear instructions and modifications if we weren’t able to do it. I appreciated how she emphasized that yoga isn’t about accomplishing a specific goal but more so a way to be more in touch with your body. Will definitely take another class at this studio

Every instructor has a deep respect for the practice and I really appreciate all the modification options for poses. Shout out to Rumi too, her Breathe & Flow classes are so grounding and beautiful. Luke’s Foundational Flow class was perfect for winding down from a hot and busy day. The space is lovely, and there’s good AC for hot days. Everything you could want in a yoga studio plus more!

Voir tous les avisThis was great! Jeanne was very encouraging and led a practice that was both very accessible to folks and had a lot of opportunity to find more of a challenge. Emphasis on intentionality and connecting breath, but no spiritual/energetic aspect at all, nor actual breathwork — which I like to have, but understand some don’t. Not a repetitive flow really, but very natural transitions and a good balance of asanas. Very welcoming/community atmosphere, the women next to me went out of their way to introduce themselves and connect after class. All sorts of folks in the class at all ability levels! Looking forward to the next time I’m in the area to come by

If you want an in person, guided meditation class, I would really recommend this one! I left feeling less stressed and it's a great beginning to my weekend. She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind.
