I loved the post natal yoga class by Houyem. I joined 6 weeks after my delivery, when I was starting to get a bit of back pain from holding my baby. The pain was completely gone after the class. Houyem is very attentive and friendly, giving useful cues and options throughout the class. Her classes are balanced, paced well and I love the creative flows. Thank you Houyem and Zoga for providing such a class, supporting new mums ❤️

He used other sources of sound (sounds imitating the sea/waves/water) besides from the gongs. We also did poses that helped stretch and soothe the body/muscles while in a relaxed state. I hope to attend his next class. It was a good class overall.

As always , this class is magical! Chelsea leads the session with full intention and high energy. She ensures everyone is following her instructions and practising the correct posture. Chelsea makes everyone feel welcomed and included. My most favourite part of the session is receiving Reiki at the end with a hint of lavender oil and relaxing with the vibrations of the gong in the environment. By far, this is my most favourite yoga class. Thank you!
