It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

She’s really attentive throughout the class and always takes the time to give me alternative movements for exercises I’m unable to do, without making me feel singled out. She’s lovely, bubbly and makes the classes genuinely enjoyable while still giving you a great workout. The reception team are also always so friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of my favourite places to come for Pilates!

One thing is that you have to wipe after yourself, and usually I trust the studio to do it more than the clients - as you never know if it was done thoroughly. The cloths they provide are not disposable, which also puts the hygiene aspect in question relatively. The convenience of the free valet is unmatched, and I like the views and spaciousness of the studio.

She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

He remained professional and accommodating throughout, even when someone requested the fan to be switched off despite Dubai being an air conditioned environment by default. I also appreciate how he handles participants who prefer alternative variations instead of following the programmed exercises. He stays patient and professional without disrupting the rest of the class, although sometimes I do wonder why join a specific class if you are not willing to try the exercises being taught. Overall, great instruction, good control of the class, and another productive session with Deepak.

Parking was easy, the studio was beautiful, and the facilities and amenities were spotless and top-notch. A huge shoutout to Coach Adam! As it was my very first Rhythm Ride class, I was a little nervous, but Adam was incredibly welcoming, patient, and encouraging. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was set up correctly, and guided me throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. The 45-minute Rhythm Ride was so much fun! It was the perfect mix of energy, great music, and an amazing workout. I left drenched in sweat but with the biggest smile on my face. The bikes were easy to use, and Adam’s coaching made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. If you’ve been thinking about trying CRANK—especially if you’re a beginner—don’t hesitate. I couldn’t have asked for a better first class, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Adam, for making my first ride such a memorable one!

She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.
