The extra efforts made by the studio and Purva herself - from weighted eye masks, blankets, energy cards and even a gorgeous scented balm to calm the senses - really made the class one of a kind for me. And of course, she is very skilled with the sound healing instruments, which is the main thing. I’m already looking forward to next time!

Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

I came in with back pain and a very tense body, but by the end of the session I felt so much more relaxed and relieved. I also really appreciated how engaging you were throughout the class—it kept me motivated and focused the whole time. I especially loved how you counted us through each movement and kept us on track with perfect timing. It made the class so much easier to follow and really helped me stay connected to every exercise. Aisa was incredibly kind and gave me a tour of the stunning space for my first visit and showed me some lovely products they have for sale. Paola is a phenomenal instructor, her class was the perfect balance of challenging and rewarding. I also grabbed an amazing matcha afterward from the sweetest barista too!
