She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

Voir tous les avisThe amenities are great and the studio itself is really nice. I enjoyed Paola’s class—she was a great instructor. One thing they could improve is the scheduling between studios. When our yoga class started, there was another class next door with very loud music and heavy bass. During the first 5–10 minutes, when we were trying to ground ourselves and settle into the practice, the bass was so strong that it was actually making the floor vibrate, which made it very difficult to focus. Thankfully, once the other class finished, the studio became peaceful and the experience was exactly what you would expect from a yoga class. I think being more mindful of overlapping classes and noise levels would make a big difference

As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated.
