Voir tous les avisNiyha was an amazing instructor! It was a great balance of core strengthening and stretching. She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

As a first timer I wasn’t given any instructions on where to go, place my items or where the toilet is etc. Otherwise good - class started on time and was a lovely experience thank you.

Definitely made the experience less intimidating. The studio also has shower amenities, which is a huge plus after class. Note to self for next time: bring electrolytes. I'll definitely be back.

The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

Her lower-body focused class is easily one of the best I’ve done, especially her signature Reverse Floor Curtsy Lunge, which has become my absolute favorite for targeting the glutes. Highly recommended.
