Voir tous les avisIt was my first ever F45 class so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Louise and the the team were so friendly and welcoming my hesitation quickly disappeared. The exercises were demoed well and I appreciated the pointers to form when needed. Overall everyone was attentive and the class had a nice pace. I will be back!
