This was my first time at this studio, so was a little confused when the doors were locked, but I was just a little too early and doors opened after the current class was finished. I loved how Jenna took her time with stretching with us at the end it really makes a difference, so very much appreciated. The studio itself is gorgeous and machines and taken very good care of!! Voir tous les avisThis was the hardest class I’ve ever taken ☠️ at one point during the class everyone was just laid out on their mat and couldn’t keep going lol but it was a great workout and I felt great afterwards, I would rather it be more challenging than too easy. But be prepared to be put to work! The studio is also so cute and makes you feel good while being inside, aesthetic vibes!

The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!
