The class was kind of slow and I totally understand since is not easy to used the reformer , I will give another shot but I prefer something more energetic, of course with the same concept of the control movement

Voir tous les avisMolly is so sweet! She has great energy and her music selection… always incredible and such a party! My only suggestion for this studio is investing in new weights. If you don’t come pretty early there’s pretty much nothing available. There’s only a few 8-10 lb weights so some people are left using 2-3 lb weights for workouts like dead lifts which really doesn’t make sense. Some weights are also way too old and should be retired as they pose a safety risk without proper grip.
