Voir tous les avisThe class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!

Thought there would have been a more clear tutorial on the basic punches as described in the “how to prepare” section but I still caught on well enough. It’s so fun to punch a punching bag! Really great workout too - a lot of HIIT type exercises and cardio along with strength with push ups and punching
