Voir tous les avisMaddie is my favorite instructor at this studio, she is motivating, knowledgeable, pays attention to everyone’s form, and takes the time to get to know everyone before and after class. I love that she provides amplifiers as well as modifications for the moves in order to get the most out of each class. She is encouraging and uplifting and I feel like I always get such a good workout in! I truly recommend Maddie’s classes for all levels she’s a 10/10 instructor.

I love that her class is challenging, but also allows us to listen to our bodies and flow through the movements. I really enjoy our cool down portion and how she can easily put you in a meditative state with her soothing voice, which has helped me explore mindfulness.

From the moment class began, Kat brought an incredible energy knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She has a gift for meeting students exactly where they are, offering modifications with grace and pushing you just enough to grow. The studio itself is welcoming and the atmosphere is unlike anywhere else I’ve practiced. If you’re on the fence about trying it out, let Kat’s class be the reason you walk through the door. She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::
