Voir tous les avisFantastische les! In het begin moest ik even wennen aan het wat meer ‘zweverige’ gedeelte en de bijzondere oefeningen, maar als je je ervoor openstelt is het echt heerlijk. Ik kwam binnen met flinke spierpijn en ging zoveel vrijer, lichter en ontspannen weer naar buiten. Echt een hele fijne ervaring en kan het iedereen aanraden die teveel in het hoofd zit.

The changing rooms are well equipped and always clean. There’s a waiting/living room that just makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. For sure recommend 5/5

Voir tous les avisIch fand den Hot-Pilates-Kurs bei Luisa super! Sie ist eine wirklich tolle Trainerin und der Kurs geht eher in Richtung Sculpt Pilates. Auch die Hitze fand ich angenehm, besonders für den Winter stelle ich mir das richtig schön vor. 😊 Einziger Kritikpunkt am Studio : 2 € für eine Leihmatte finde ich recht teuer. Auch dass Wasser wohl extra kostet, finde ich gerade bei Hot Kursen etwas schade, da ich es aus anderen Studios nur kostenlos kenne.
