Voir tous les avisGreat class! At some point there was a little bit of confusion however the flow of the exercises was amazing. What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

Voir tous les avisI’ve tried several Saints & Stars locations across Amsterdam, and this one is by far the best when it comes to the staff and overall atmosphere. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the level of customer service genuinely goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to Kris and Eva — they are both absolute gems! They’re always so warm, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile, which makes such a difference. They really make you feel welcomed and part of the community. The sense of community at this location is unlike any of the other gyms I’ve been to. It’s the kind of place where the staff remember you, genuinely care, and make you feel at home. Definitely my favourite Saints & Stars location!
