Voir tous les avisHayley was great - encouraging, good playlist, on point with cues. Overall really enjoyed the workout. Only downside is the request to get there 30 min early for the first class - definitely think it makes sense to have first timers get there in advance to sign waivers, get the tour, and get an overview of what the workout moves are (it meant you could get more out of the workout which was great) but the intro could probably be condensed to closer to 15 minutes which is more standard.

Voir tous les avisScott's Class is in NORTH WEDDINGTON PARK... by the handball court... I was initially so confused bc he has the location wrong on class pass. I just finished his class and he kicked my butt. He is so engaged with his clients and you can tell they've been with him for a while. I would recommend this class, in the class I took we did dynamic stretches, drills, games and then static stretches...

Voir tous les avisIt is a great class for anyone who wants to find more grounding and core. Embraced by mama nature and under Alex’s guidance on the yoga sequence, I find my flow and alignment again. Alex is very knowledgeable, hands-on and has clear direction when she teaches. She makes you feel included and cared for. She also toss a little delight in the end with beautiful singing bowls made of minerals and gem stones. It’s the perfect interplay between movement and stillness. Alex radiates beautiful light in her aura and thank you for a wonderful morning sesh!
