You have to get into the ground floor parking of the building in order to get to the elevator. The inside of the building seemed recently renovated and toilet was cleaner than I expected..The studio was small, but I was the only one taking the lesson. Teacher was very nice, knowledgeable and detail oriented. She was able to explain to me in excellent English as I don't speak Cantonese. The deep stretching class helped me a lot to stretch stiff muscles that happened from the previous day's run.

I told her that it was my first time for a laser treatment, and she tested a small section on my neck so that I could feel what the treatment would feel like. She also put another face mask, moisturizing cream and sunblock after the treatment, so there was no redness at all. Will be definitely back.
