Voir tous les avisI walked in familiar only with the C2 class on Tuesday at 0830. The first half of this class I was convinced I accidentally walked into a yoga sculpt class with the immediate pulsing and repetition . loud up beat music. It was a happy surprise my body loved it and I felt like I was able to do more and hold more planks and ab stuff with the upbeat music than I can in regular vinyasa classes. the instructor can be a bit verbally aggressive at times but I can understand that some people find that motivating when you feel like giving up for someone to yell at you. Not really what I was looking for but I still enjoyed the class in between my breaking for child’s pose.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was great! He was very helpful with helping people get into poses properly and offering guidance throughout class. We enjoyed his lively personality & meditative, inspiring words throughout class. The studio was a good size and the class was not full. I was new to not having a mirror to look at, which made balancing a bit tricky, but I didn’t mind it. Overall awesome class!

Voir tous les avisGreat energy, atmosphere. The space is clean and inviting and the props are great. I specifically liked CJs cues and the balance of movement, stretch and strength in his sequence. It was restorative in a very active way and I would definitely recommend this space. I wish I lived in the island to take advantage of their intro special
