She seems to be big on making sure you work those parts of your body you usually don’t such as your hip flexors and ankle mobility without overdoing you. My second time with her and she’s been incredible.

Taysa uses a layering technique that makes the workout accessible and challenging for everyone, regardless of experience level. Each exercise starts with a beginner-friendly foundation, then gradually builds with intermediate and advanced options. This approach allows me to work at my own level while still feeling included and challenged. The class is well-structured, encouraging, and effective. I leave feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back for the next session! 10 out 10 high recommend
