This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

It is the perfect mix of pushing you to your flexibility limit and respecting your bodies boundaries. The instructor is amazing and does assisted stretching to keep you progressing.
