She’s so informative and knows how to cater to participants’ needs before, during, and after class. The class is very restorative and educational. Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again! The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.
