Voir tous les avisIt was my first time taking Keri’s class and I absolutely loved her! She has such good energy and is so positive. She is so funny and makes class fun and enjoyable. It was a super challenging class without all the fluffy yoga talk, which I absolutely loved. I have taken nearly every instructor class at urban and keri is by far my favorite. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes!

Voir tous les avisSpiritual focused class with chants and meditation. You’ll still break a sweat as you will do repetitive motions with chants for multiple rounds. Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.
