Voir tous les avisParking easy, gym was clean from what I saw, I was just using a treadmill. Front Desk was welcoming. I was surprised by how busy it was around mid-morning on a Monday but that’s not under their control. Would return!

Voir tous les avisThis was a great class! Tommy was my instructor and he helped me through all the techniques and corrected my form. It’s a very beginner friendly class and I always felt like I was being walked through what I was expected to do. The class had a bit of a cardio warmup, some stretches, and then was comprised of mostly punches and kick type circuits, then finished with some cooldown exercise stretches. 10/10 would recommend.
