She was great at taking the class through each exercise, even a complete newbie would be able to follow along AND it was really challenging and hard (she included modifications) so all stages of experience could attend and get in a GREAT workout!!

Voir tous les avisAnna is the best! Her background as a PT has really honed in my Pilates skills. She is always making sure your form is perfect to help prevent injuries and fix old ones. Even when I go to other studios, I have her sayings in my head, to ensure proper form and build strength where it’s needed. Other instructors around the area are good, but not as detailed and personalized as Anna.

Everyone in the class is very welcoming and offered to help me set up my equipment when the realized it was my first time taking the cardio class. The instructor (Starr) was also very welcoming, planned a challenging workout that was fun, and helped me mid class when I accidentally unfastened my jump board. Highly recommended this studio and Starr’s Cardio Sculpt 1.0 class if you want a fun workout, with good people, in an intimate space.
