Voir tous les avisFirst time at the studio and was welcomed right away! The instructor walked me to the reformers and shared with me all the details I need to know about the class! The class itself as a reformer hitt class so 3 rounds of workout set. She did share with me that this is a little different than normal Pilates cause we would flow through the sets quickly. Weights were def heavier than I’m used to but I didn’t mind it. Overall a great class be ready to shake haha!

The instructor (Amanda) dropped us right into child’s pose and the cadence was swift but effective. Excellent cueing that had me dialed into the dialogue and pushing myself to challenge my alignment. Will definitely be back!

The poses were a great mix of calming yet effective stretching for getting in a light 45 minutes of movement. Carmen has a beautiful aura and she was very candid in sharing her knowledge as a birth doula which I appreciated. This is a great place to begin or continue your journey as a student, classes for becoming a yogi are also offered which I thought was neat!

This is my third class and I really feel like the instruction she gave made things made certain aspects like climbing much easier to understand and implement. Every instructor is great! And to their credit I’ve never been to a class that wasn’t full.

Instructor was very welcoming and was a great guide through practice, encouraged breaks and the use of props. Left feeling refreshed and I can’t wait to come back!!

My first time meeting her was like catching up with an old friend which made me feel so comfortable and confident in the studio! I took the Weights & Yoga Sculpt class and it was hands down the best workout class I’ve ever taken! It pushed me and targeted so many muscle groups with modifications to assist with any injuries, as well, as options to challenge yourself further with additional weights. The infrared heating at the end with yoga and stretching was the perfect way to end the workout and start my day with great intentions!
