Coach Alif was very attentive, making sure we were okay on every set while also pushing us to our limits. Really enjoyed the class! The gym facilities were okay. It was my first time doing kickboxing, and they actually taught me properly from scratch. They even have a nice changing room where you can shower, and they provide everything, including body wash. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks a lot for the great service, had such a blast.
