You learn all the foundational strikes needed for various combinations while getting a solid workout in. Definitely recommend this establishment and class!

Plus she corrected my punches. The treads were hard and thought I was going to die! But I got through! Grit is hard but fun!

Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!
