TVs show the sets and recommended weights before you start, and then show the instructor once you get going which is helpful. The location doesn't have a front desk and there were no instructions walking in which was confusing - but once I got in the room it was fine.

Driven by the discount on ClassPass, I decided to give it another shot, and discovered I’ve been sleeping on this studio!! Everyone from the front desk to instructor was so helpful and kind. Briana was also an amazing instructor and gave great hands-on adjustments to everyone in class. She also explained the moves very clearly and eloquently, in fact I had never had anyone talk me through a chair pose like that, and it made a huge difference in my form! Thank you for your corrections, even though I was so sweaty—sorry! This was a great experience from start to finish, and I will be back!

It’s not quite like riding a bike and I was shaking in the beginning but by the end with Aaron’s encouragement and corrections I was feeling much more confident on the board. It would’ve been nice to have more footwork and hip flexor stretching incorporated throughout, but a well paced class in a clean and inviting studio nonetheless. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners
