Voir tous les avisWhat a cool space! It was a little hard to find the door at first so come a little extra early your first time for that. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor did an awesome job at showing us the moves and empowering us! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Rachel was amazing - she laid out how their 4 weeks of functional classes work, what you'll learn, she breaks each thing down and encourages you to ask questions, and is such an open delight. she let's you know that you're likely not going to get it immediately, it takes months. AND she gives you after care instructions. I'm hooked.
