It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

Still doable for beginners you just do as much as you can. If you're a beginner I recommend getting a spot at the bar at the front of class so you can see the instructor easier and see what moves your u have to do. Highly recommend if you're trying to tone and strengthen your muscles

As a beginner she was very patient with me and made sure that i was understanding everything. The studio is super clean, cute, and cozy. TRX is such a great workout and something that I’ve enjoyed the most - if you do it regularly you will definitely gain a lot of strength. It’s not a cardio heavy class but you will work every muscle. You will definitely be sore the next day!
