She’s calm, welcoming and down to earth, and has such a soothing voice that it’s very easy to drift into complete relaxation and get the most out of the class. It’s a brilliantly timed class, getting you chilled and ready for bed after a couple of days of (the stresses of) the working week. Morag also weaves in snippets of wisdom and beautiful nature analogies - it’s an absolute joy to be part of her class.
