We open the windows between classes for ventilation, and during classes if the room is warm. We have an air-con unit for hot days, and heaters for cold days.

The Studio and Equipment is cleaned regularly.There are hand sanitising stations throughout the studio, and request that students bring a pair of socks to wear until they are on their mats - no shoes in the studio.
