Voir tous les avisOlivia’s hot mat Pilates class was fantastic! She is an incredible instructor who cued clearly using verbal instructions with demonstrations. She constantly moved around the room to observe students and offer helpful form corrections. Surprisingly, her class used multiple props all while keeping a great flow thanks to her high energy. The room temperature was warm enough to build up a great sweat without feeling overwhelming. Props and mat were laid out and ready for use upon arrival. I highly recommend her class!

Voir tous les avisAs an ex-dancer, I’ve missed moving my body like this. The movements were slow and controlled, the perfect way to feel that burn. The instructor, Ally, was a delight. She was very clear and encouraging in her instructions. The atmosphere is so calm and inviting. I was one of 5 girls in the class too so it felt intimate and intentional as well! Loved it!

Emily is a great motivator, who took the time to explain each movement and make me feel comfortable. I truly enjoyed it. Already signed up for her next week’s class!

Voir tous les avisAshley, the instructor, is a wonderful teacher and incredibly kind. I really enjoyed her class. As an added bonus the room we did. the barre class in seems to have had a fan which kept it relatively cool in there! My legs are shaking like a scared dog, but I will return.
