Voir tous les avisOlivia’s hot mat Pilates class was fantastic! She is an incredible instructor who cued clearly using verbal instructions with demonstrations. She constantly moved around the room to observe students and offer helpful form corrections. Surprisingly, her class used multiple props all while keeping a great flow thanks to her high energy. The room temperature was warm enough to build up a great sweat without feeling overwhelming. Props and mat were laid out and ready for use upon arrival. I highly recommend her class!
