Voir tous les avisDefinitely deserves 5-stars. The staff was very welcoming, the space was tastefully decorated and very clean, the instructor was excellent. This is a very low impact way to exercise but still incredibly hard if you’re out of shape or sore from another workout. I’m glad that modifications were well accepted because I was hurting big time haha. Although it’s not 100% my thing, I’m really glad to have tried it!

Voir tous les avisIf you’ve never been to this gym, the ClassPass maps won’t take you to it - it’s located around the corner in a lower parking lot (unit 164). I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews… but the front desk staff was great and was able to quickly find my reservation. The gym itself was suuuuper nice and tastefully decorated, clean, and all the equipment looked brand new. The Dance Cardio class itself was a good workout; I personally didn’t like the dance portion of it but we made up for it in weights and other exercises. This is definitely a good class if you’re beginner level or don’t feel super comfortable dancing. The moves are slow and easy to follow! Giving 5 stars because overall it was a great experience and I think a lot of people would enjoy this even though it wasn’t entirely my cup of tea :) definitely still happy I went and tried something new!
