Voir tous les avisJill was very nice, I think her teaching style is not for me but I definitely got a good workout. She was very focused on form but I felt there was more concern with how our postures looked, as opposed to how they felt. For example, she kept telling me to straighten my leg in certain poses when I wasn't able to do so due to inflexibility. I also had trouble understanding many of her cues. On top of that, the room we did yoga in was extremely echoey, which made it difficult to hear. But the studio as a whole is lovely and much more spacious than it looks from the outside, and there are showers. Even though I had a mixed experience, I'm keeping my review at five stars because I don't like to hurt small businesses.
