Good beats make us run more :) However, I would appreciate clearer instructions on the treadmill from the instructor and turn down the music slightly when giving instructions. Also, the fans are really high and I’m thankful the instructor pushed it away from me when I asked. There’s a lot of overstimulation in the room but still a solid workout. I see why they give out earplugs at the front desk.

It was challenging for someone who hasn’t worked out in a couple months but it was good to push myself. The overall process using ClassPass was super easy. She demonstrated each move and gave you options for modifications. So if there was something you didn't want/couldn't do, you had choices. Great class!

Voir tous les avisI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

Voir tous les avisI greatly enjoyed my first class here. It has a small, family feel. This Open Beginners class had a range of ages from 4 to adults, which I liked because it helped me feel humble, motivated, and open to learning. It was structured with a warmup/stretching, strength & cardio, practice blocking and punching, and paired sparring. I am an absolute beginner at karate, but Sensei did a great job meeting every person at their level. She motivated each of us. It was genuinely one of the hardest workouts I've done in a while, but fun at the same time. I hope to return!

Unfortunately, Classpass did not inform him I was attending, yet he welcomed me anyway. I'm not sure if this was a one time hiccup, but I had a great workout with a very friendly coach. Thanks Dukes!
