Voir tous les avisI really appreciate how kind and welcoming the staff is at Sweat Society. I have been three times. I am always greeted by name. this was my first time taking a Sweatx class. I arrived to this class a few minutes late and the instructor and staff members also taking the class were very helpful. They provided gentle critiques to my form to help enhance my workout and prevent injury. This was a very challenging class for my fitness level. It was my first experience with this type of reformer and I really loved the equipment. The instructor offered modifications. It was a great workout!

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time here and first time ever doing a bounce class, and it was great! Holly was super nice, showed me the studio and amenities (bathrooms, shower, cubbies, water), and introduced me to the basics of bounce before class. The studio is a lovely space (and the people were kind and helpful!), and the class was upbeat and challenging in a fun way. Holly demoed modifications as well so that I could do the bounce choreography without actually bouncing much (I understand now why it can take a few classes to get used to the trampoline). All in all, I would recommend and will gladly come back if I find myself in Louisville again!

Voir tous les avisEmily was so lovely and welcoming, and the studio has a comfy feel. It was my first time seriously using a reformer and Emily was very supportive. All the moves were well explained. Class was slower paced so it was easy to follow. I could’ve gone up in difficulty with the springs on some moves but I chose to play it safe. I will be back to this studio for another class.

She is so encouraging and gives you multiple variations of each move so that you can make your workout what you need it to be. I wish it was offered more than one night a week- I would be there!!

Great explanations with all of the movements and very helpful if you need adjustments. Also the class was very friendly. Good vibes all around, will definitely be back for another class.

I arrived 2 minutes late for my class (my own fault, couldn’t find the studio) and I was still allowed in, which I appreciated. The receptionist was cordial and kind of curt with me, but I was late and rushing so maybe that’s why my impression wasn’t the best. Overall, I felt like the instructor was okay. The pacing was good and she did a good job at timing/counting us down so that we could mentally get through movements. She gave verbal cues to guide us, but other than that she gave no personal corrections which I thought was odd because myself and at least 1 other person in the class needed more guidance. This was my first non-Reformer Flow class (I usually do 1.5 level) at Club Pilates, and it was a nice challenge; I was sweating and my body was very shakey afterwards. Overall, would come back but need more instructor corrections.
