I got lucky for the private session as this is my first time trying. The instructor adjusts the move within my capabilities while still keeping the gracefulness. Their instructors (Helen, Dominic and Ai Hoon) were super friendly, motivating, and made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their level. The dance moves were fun, easy to follow, and such a great workout at the same time. I left the class feeling happy, refreshed, and already looking forward to the next session!
