I love that Grace gradually increases the intensity level for all her riders. I can tell that she is an experienced spin instructor based on how she is professional, and natural on stage and in person. I went from being a corporate slave on a daily basis to a loyal fan of HIITREBEL, all thanks to Grace! Can't wait for the next oneee 🔥🔥
