Voir tous les avisGreat session, really liked the format of this session as I prefer more of the boxing elements than the 'HIIT' side of things. Dale was friendly, attentive and had good energy. In general I like how every instructor put their own spin to make the sessions varied and unique - will defo be coming back to Dale's classes in the future!

Voir tous les avisFats and Abs were so friendly and welcoming, teaching me the basics of boxing and continually checking form etc. This isn’t a boutique gym but more a community boxing gym, so if you’re looking to build up your boxing skills in a friendly environment then I’d definitely recommend it to all.
