If you are new to the class come the extra 10 minutes before, he will practice with you a few times before it starts. I love the way I feel after I leave. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Started with a quick stretch, then moved into a dynamic warmup followed by a circuit. 12 moves total at 6 stations, all giving options to amplify or modify. The instructor was high energy and encouraging. Pretty small space for the strength class which means small class size!
