Voir tous les avisThis is such a great class. The only thing I didn’t like is it seems like they used a super perfumed detergent on the towels this time. Not great for when you’re hot and sweating, or if your skin is sensitive to stuff like that. Hope they just switch back to something unscented.

Voir tous les avisLove Danny’s class, but want to note that there were a ton of people in the room and it heated up significantly like a sauna. Can interfere with your breathing (it did for me) so just FYI to be well hydrated and to go at your own pace!

Voir tous les avisHonestly, this is my first pregnancy and I was not expecting to have this much lower back pain as I’m a pretty active person and lift 3 times a week before and during this pregnancy. Turns out - it happens to everyone! Desperate for some relief, I came to this class to stretch my back out and maybe meet some other pregnant ladies - I’m totally addicted. Instructor is fantastic, encourages us to take breaks if we need it, but it’s truly gentle enough for any pregnant mama.

Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!
