Voir tous les avisI truly loved my first ever one on one session with Coach Pat. She guided me in every exercise and made sure that I keep my spine upright and in proper form all of the time. We got to try at least 3 equipments and I think that, if it's your first time ever doing private sessions, reformer would definitely be part of the session. Coach Pat was truly hands on, caring and supportive of my spine's wide range of motions since I'm hypermobile. All in all I learned so much about our session and I'll definitely book another one with her if time permits.

Before we started she also checked my posture and guided me through the session using exercises that will address my back and hip concerns and work around my wrist. Already telling my friends to go with me next time. Love the aesthetic of the studio too and the warmth of Sheena at the front desk 🩷

Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly.
