Voir tous les avisReally great class! I’ve been to other classes with KX elsewhere but no where had pushed me as hard as Nikki did (in a good way). We arrived right on time as we got lost and she was so welcoming and lovely and made our stress go away. She was so empowering and knew everyone personally but my sister and I and tried to get to know us which set a good tone to work out to. She also advised there was two Nikki’s and said the other Nikki is just as great as she is which was lovely to hear her talk to highly of my colleague. Will definitely be returning

Monica was an excellent instructor—she explained all the equipment clearly, guided the class very well, and was patient throughout the entire session. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great Pilates experience.
