Voir tous les avisLast night I finally got to take my best friend Erin’s HOT HIIT class (it’s been a long while), and it did not disappoint! 🔥💪 The workout was incredible, the music was on point, the atmosphere was so much fun, and Erin brought such positive energy that kept everyone motivated from start to finish. I also brought my new coworker, Alyssa, to her very first class. Erin immediately made her feel comfortable, included, and encouraged every step of the way. Seeing someone go out of their way to make a first-timer feel welcome says a lot about who they are. If you’re looking for a challenging workout with great vibes and an instructor who genuinely cares about everyone in the room, I can’t recommend Erin’s class enough. ❤️

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time doing this class. The instructor was super helpful with tips and made sure that I was comfortable. I have very limited left arm strength from radiation and other cancer treatments so it was a bit of a struggle, but I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend for a good full body workout.
