Voir tous les avisI saw a lot of reviews mentioning the credits are expensive, but I run a business that uses ClassPass and I can tell you Anna’s nail has no control over the credits ClassPass assigns to the service and the extra fee of gel removal is not worked into the agreed amount they receive from ClassPass for the service, so it is understandable that they charge their fee of $10 for that, as I can also promise you - they make a lot less on ClassPass clients that they do on regular ones, no matter what terms they have agreed to with ClassPass. I love the option to come here using ClassPass credits bc I often find myself needing to burn through credits that will not roll over. With that said, the service is always exceptional, the staff is kind and good at their jobs. The massage chairs are great and I always love my service and the end result. Anna is lovely, and treats her clients and her staff with respect. 10/10.

I went in for a regular manicure because in general I don’t like to do a gel or powder manicure for different reasons. Tim did my nails and as long as you give it enough time to dry when he’s all done, then they look so pristine that the results looked like I got a gel manicure. Definitely worth going back for a regular manicure just to feel pampered and leave with a nice manicure.

However, I spoke to the manager at the front desk and showed her my nails. She apologized and said I could come back, and they would fix it. I appreciated her willingness to make it right. I just wish they were honest at the beginning that I would need to pay a little extra than what class pass charged. Key word: honest at the beginning, not at the end of service. I asked multiple times throughout the service will this cost more than the class pass credits and they said no. Then come to the end, they say oh cut down and length are an extra $10 for the nails, & then another $20 charge for gel on the toes. I asked during the service will there be extra charges and was told no. And mind you these are my real nails so not sure what the extra charge for that was needed for They are average length but not that long.
