I was greeted by a Beautiful, brand new clean understated facility - very cool. The masseuse was thoughtful and thorough. When I was finished, they offered me some ginger tea. I don’t like tea, but it was friggin delicious. The whole way home I was thinking about how great I felt. I recommend getting essential oil or tiger balm for your massage. Today I was really sore so I got tiger balm. This is the best deal in ClassPass right now. They’ve only been open a week so you can expect them to get popular fast but right now they could definitely use everyone to try them out.

The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. The products felt amazing and my skin was glowing after. I would highly recommend her and will be returning. The only issue I had was all the air fresheners. It was like walking into bath and bodyworks. Perfume and fragrance from all the air fresheners and candles really needs to be removed. I got a migraine instantly and had to cover my nose. There are essential oils that would be just as effective without the endocrine disrupting effects.

Just gave my name and said I booked with class pass and was then given the standard massage release form. They offered 3 pressure levels, soft, medium, and strong. (i picked strong) I was there for a full body massage and another woman was there for scalp massage. Due to the small space we were put in the same room. That was the only part that I think would make some people uncomfortable (I disrobed to my underwear while this other woman had to take shirt off to put on towel top. I did not care; just think its appropriate to warn it could happen). Jenny gave me my massage and it was Amazing. She worked points of tension I didnt even think could be addressed with consistently strong pressure. She checked in at the beginning and thought it was funny I was "so tough" and when I flipped over she asked if I had cried and laughed when I said I hadn't. If you are not used to strong pressure, I would recommend choosing medium pressure and then asking to increase based on your comfort. I have chronic pain and lots of knots so it was perfect for me, but I can see why it would be too much for most people. When leaving they gave me a small cup of green tea and offered some candies (bean stick, little melon hard candies, and another thing I can't recall.) They have an atm but they can also run your card for just tip.
