It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin. The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. I also really loved that they had an ambience video on the tv and you could play whatever on YouTube and the sound was connected to the sauna. Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging.
