see all reviewsI’m visiting from LA and was skeptical to try this class cause of the previous review I read. However, I’m not sure what that person was talking about. Must be a hater 🤣 or an instructor at a competitors studio. This class was not only challenging but intense in a fun way. Jake the instructor was so funny and knowledgeable. He guided me through every pose and was so patient. My core and legs were on fire 🔥 I’m definitely be back. My personal opinion is don’t listen to bitter people and try it for yourself you will be happy you did.

see all reviewsGreat learning experience that I’ve been seeking for. I feel inspired to keep working on the strength and skill needed for aerial practices. The class didn’t have many people and everyone was friendly. Got to see some other pros during their practices on the side which was nice. Annabelle led good instruction in assisting the beginners with hands on help and clear directions. She’s skillful and was nice. We started off with a nice little stretching warmup before beginning the practice and the class was fun it went by so quickly. It felt like we were just starting when it was ending. I’ll keep training from home, I’m on a journey now.

She was not pleasant at first, but once we got going into the class she became more friendly. The instruction was high-quality and the equipment was great too. I recommend locking the door to deny entry to late people if it is such a big deal.
