The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. I really feel refreshed and hope to be back soon. I was looking forward to the class and it was an amazing experience.

It wasn’t until the very last climb /song that I was like wow okay maybe I’ll be sore tomorrow! However, I pushed to the end and it was so reqarding leaving! I might have to get a membership! Only thing I didnt like is they charge $5 for shoes for people who come through class pass. But I didn’t pay for parking and no ticket so other than that this class/studio is AMAZING!!!!!

I left feeling so good, both in my body and in my spirit. At the end of class, they served us tea, which was such a beautiful touch.
