I like and appreciate that they give you a towel when you check in, which is always a plus. this is a circuit type workout done with a partner. I really like that, unlike Sweat440 or other similar type classes, you actually have enough time to set up at the next station. The only thing missing was a cood down and proper stretch at the end. there was neither. I needed cardio so this class will most definitely very part of my rotation.
