I’m not new to reformer Pilates or Lagree, but I just moved down to Miami & this was the first studio I’ve tried. They were extremely informative & made me feel really comfortable. They went through spring changes & hand positions for things we’d cover in class, which would be helpful for someone who was truly new to the reformer. Mahlissa was really fun & upbeat too while providing form corrections for everyone which was awesome. I was definitely sore today & needless to say I will definitely be returning to this studio & to her classes!

Must be a hater 🤣 or an instructor at a competitors studio. This class was not only challenging but intense in a fun way. Jake the instructor was so funny and knowledgeable. He guided me through every pose and was so patient. My core and legs were on fire 🔥 I’m definitely be back. My personal opinion is don’t listen to bitter people and try it for yourself you will be happy you did.
