Usually when you see a “yoga sculpt” class it’s a boring vinyasa flow with some rinky dink weights but NO, this is yoga mixed with serious bodyweight calisthenics drills, tons of planking to build natural upper body and core strength, and so much glute work ouchhhhh…. Some small ankle and ring weights are used but it’s mostly to add on to your bodyweight. I am a 500-hr yoga teacher and teach megaformer and this has me wobbling on the way down the stairs. AMAZING CLASS if you want to see what your body can do and build strength for your other movement practices.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was so nice (as well as the ladies attending the class). I am a beginner and this was my first class so it was personally discouraging for me, not being able to keep up. But the instructor and my classmates were every encouraging. I believe this isn’t a good choice if you don’t know much about pole. I would recommend the beginner pole class instead. BUT STILL TAKE A CLASS! It is so worth it.

Yeli is such a fun teacher and I love learning the craziest combinations from her, and how she pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. This is the funnest workout that doesn’t feel like a workout (but it totally is), give it a try and stick with it!!
