CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

They combine a beautiful yoga flow with kirtan, where everyone joins in on call-and-response chanting of mantras. It’s so calming for the soul and mind, creating this amazing sense of peace and connection. Dawn, the owner of Ahana and the teacher of this class is truly inspiring, radiating love, warmth, and positive energy in everything she does. Her passion for creating a welcoming and supportive space shines through every moment, making the class even more special. The flow was full of energy and love, and the vibes in the room were incredible. They had a special guest, Kish, who’s a well-known kirtan singer, and his presence made it even more special. Both Dawn and Kish have amazing voices that totally lifted the energy of the class and helped us really connect with our hearts. The community here is like no other, so friendly and open. No matter your yoga background or experience, you’ll feel right at home. If you’re in Miami, this is a class you have to try. It’s the perfect mix of movement, music, and soul-healing vibes. Dawn and the Ahana team make it an experience you’ll never forget! ✨🙏🏻 So grateful to have this amazing yoga studio in Miami!

Voir tous les avisI’m not very experienced with yoga but this class is great for all levels. The instructor, Ryan, is what makes this class so special. He is patient and his cueing is impeccable. But it’s his calm, soothing voice, spiritual guidance, and warm humor that will make you want to start every Sunday with him. The rooftop view is just the icing on the cake.

The instructor Johanna greeted me before and after class - and there was a new instructor Melissa that not only let me in the door, but also saved me a spot next to her in front row and got me connected with the other students in class. I am beyond impressed with the killer workout but the welcoming culture that made my first experience at the studio absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to come back

He knew exactly what I wanted, and was even kind enough to set my hair in rollers so that I could keep my style until I got to my photo shoot. His shampoo skills are amazing, he gave a wonderful and relaxing head massage. The salon itself is located in a quaint old Coral Gables building just below the famous dance studio on Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
